Payment

Payment for membership and event tickets is required prior to time of purchase. Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Term

Membership is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Our renewal dates are January 31st each year and anyone joining prior to that date will pay a prorata amount for the first reduced period.

Benefits

As a member, you will have access to exclusive discounts at events as communicated to you. These benefits may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to add or remove benefits as we see fit.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or inappropriate behaviour. Rest assured that termination without cause will be done in a fair and reasonable way.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from your use of tie.org or any of its services or products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from your use of tie.org.
